Refund Policy

Last updated July 13, 2026 · contact legal@dekator.com

1. Overview

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, invoices, and tax; refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

2. 14-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund. The guarantee applies once per customer.

3. Failed runs

A run that stops before producing a verdict is not a billable result. If a failed run consumed audit credit, contact billing@dekator.com and we will restore it.

4. Monthly renewals

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Annual plans

Annual plans can be cancelled to stop the next renewal. Requests for a partial refund of the unused portion are considered case by case — contact billing@dekator.com.

6. Enterprise

Enterprise agreements are governed by the applicable order form or master agreement, which takes precedence over this policy where it differs.

7. How to request

Email billing@dekator.com from the address on your account, with the transaction or invoice reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction.
